Our Approach
Taegwang's Global Practice serves clients whose legal matters cross the Korean border in either direction. We act for international clients investing in or operating in Korea, and for Korean clients expanding their business abroad.
The practice draws on partners with extensive international experience across Singapore, Vietnam, the Middle East, and other jurisdictions, including former roles at global firms and Korea-desk positions abroad. This network allows us to coordinate seamlessly with local counsel in each market while providing a single point of accountability to clients.
We focus particularly on the Korea–Southeast Asia and Korea–Middle East corridors, where regulatory complexity and cross-cultural dynamics require integrated, experienced counsel.
