Our Approach
Taegwang advises domestic and international clients on the full range of corporate and M&A matters in Korea, with particular focus on inbound investment, joint ventures, and the establishment and governance of foreign-invested enterprises.
We act as Korean counsel to multinational corporations entering or restructuring their presence in Korea, and as principal counsel to Korean companies pursuing outbound investments across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Our transactional work is supported by deep regulatory and litigation capabilities, allowing us to anticipate and resolve issues that arise across the deal lifecycle.
The practice works closely with our Global Practice and Digital Assets teams to support transactions involving cross-border structuring and emerging-technology businesses.
